The Harrisburg University Esports Invitational (HUE) is an annual collegiate esports invitational that is sponored, hosted and organized by Harrisburg University. It is one of the largest university-run tournaments in esports and hosts a multitude of colleges and universities in Harrisburg for a weekend-long event. HUE 2024 hosted 12 schools across 3 different esports titles, crowning 3 different HUE champions.
HUE relies very heavily on student volunteers and is an excellent setting for esports management degree students to gain experience in various roles. This event i volunteered as the Social Media Assistant where my main job to capture the event as a photographer.
